Returns and Refund Policy

We have a friendly exchange policy on our products. In case of any factory damages (not physical damages caused by external force), we would be happy to take the product back and provide you with the same/similar product upon discussion. In case of unavailability of the same product, customer can claim a purchase of same value, or will be refunded in cash or store credits in the form of vouchers/coupons, subject to decision by our team.

No exchange is possible for customised products, on sale sections, products bought in promotions or discounted products.

However, in case we have delivered the exact product as per the order and customer still wants an exchange for a higher or lower sizes (same cost), the shipping charges to take the product(s) back and ship the new one(s) are recoverable from the customer. This decision will be solely at the discretion of our team.

Cancellation Policy

For order Cancellations please contact us via WhatsApp @ +91-xxxxxxxxxx within 24 hours of placing an order. A decision will be made based upon the order status.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are not accepted on any of our products unless a gross variation is found between the promised and delivered product.

Minor design variations, feel of the fabric do not qualify for exchange or returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed in 5-7 working days.

We reserve the right to change the policies as per the our guidelines.
